So, with the goal of promoting the importance of family time and alternative ways of gathering on the health and wellness of every person, we have compiled a detailed list of what we consider the best indoor trampoline parks in Iowa. Recently took a kid that I mentor here.Best trampoline park in Sioux City: Drop Zone Family Fun Center - Our rating: 86 Very happy with the workers they were very engaged and helpful. Luckily employee named Danielle N saw they were being obnoxious and talked to them so they left my kids alone. Went to helium when I was babysitting- group of kids were very rude to the people I was babysitting for around 5 minutes. I will not fail to inform everyone about my experience. I had been warned before going myself, and now I see it was for good reason. Many parents are rude to other kids as well, while their own are off causing havoc with no repercussions.Įntirely unenjoyable. Prices are obnoxiously high, but aside from that, the staff are extremely rude, I observed kids getting yelled at by staff for taking breaks just to breathe, but nobody yelled at the kids shoving toddlers. The rock wall is a really great addition to this place. Lots of adults jumping and playing too, potential to get a little crowded and dangerous for little kids. I think their prices are awesome! Great place! Bring your own food though, unless you like hotdogs, pizza, and soda.įun place for kids. loved the extra things like dodgeball and the big bubbles tubes (not sure if that's what it's called) but my little sisters love it. Great trampoline facility and the staff was exceptional. By the time we buy it kids are tired and not able to use it. All employees are more into selling package to families, because of this kids really get exhausted by the time we get the add on on the wrist band. There is no separate kiosk or separate counter to add on time for jump. But the add on system is really pathetic and horrible.

The place is really awesome for kids to have fun. Save your money and buy your kids some ice cream and go to the playground for more fun. Pretty fun place if you wanna drop a couple hundred on an hour or two, otherwise just a huge waste of money, rude staff, and since they added the pay for play options it’s not worth it at all. They need to lighten there rules for certain situations. She cannot hardly walk let alone have a square to herself unattended and unassisted. Keep in mind, very soft jumping and I am assisting her balance trying use this as a form of strength therapy. I was scolded on 3 separate occasions telling me I could not share a square with my daughter.

She has low muscle tone and I was trying to assist her while jumping gently so she could get the feel in her legs. I had a bad experience here with my 3 year daughter. Ridiculous expensive and not friendly to children with special needs. But it needs improvement with the staff and for special needs children especially autistic children. But most of the staff you can see carrying emotional baggage and tends to have bad attitudes and dumped it on you when ask for assistance or make a small complaint. It's very hard to find places for special needs children especially when the staff is trained professionally to assist you. Our special needs children needs are first.

I recommend you go by your self and check it out before making plans. So if you have a special needs child especially with severe autism. Like the owner said it's special needs friendly. WOW!! WOW!! And of course, they have many trampolines and trampoline activities. So many things to do!
